Training is NOT a "one and done" (Learning Nerds)

The one and done: an occurrence that I have written about before. You can read about it here.

Training should be viewed as a solution to a problem, rather than a mere box-checking exercise. Training should be focused on fostering long-term behavior change. Managers, stakeholders, and the employee team should all be involved in the outcomes of a training program. When this occurs, organizations are likely to see better outcomes, happier teams, and increased efficiency.

In this podcast, I discuss with Learning Nerds, Scott, and Dan my approach to making training a process, and I also describe how organizations can get everyone on board in that process.
