Goal Setting: Think of goals as your personal roadmap. They provide direction and outline the necessary steps to reach your destination. 

 

Journaling: Journaling isn't for everyone. Many people hesitate to journal because they're uncomfortable confronting their own thoughts. Journaling forces you to reflect on your thoughts, goals, and desires, which can be a vulnerable experience for some.

 

Intentional Breathing: I used to dismiss intentional breathing as ineffective. However, after starting regular yoga classes, I've changed my perspective. Breathing exercises help you become more present and respond proactively rather than reactively.
